To make Greek coffee you must of course have a proper Greek Briki Coffee Pot. I got mine on ebay (it’s from Cyprus).

To get coffee ground to a powder let us try ZERO.

What sort of coffee beans are suited for Greek Coffee? My own source for ground Greek Coffee from Athens has dried up, so now I will have to improvise. The first step is to get some 100% Arabica lightly roasted beans. Get whole beans if you cannot find very fine/powdery ground ones. I got hold of these that worked surprisingly well, and they are sold on the web:

Or at least as close as I can get it after my local source dried up.

And what could be more fitting than drinking it from an “Olympic” cup.

I had the luck of locally discovering this wonderful unfiltered organic Retsina from Kamara Winery. This could very well be the best Retsina I have ever tasted.
