I have been resenting advocating travel to the occupied part of Cyprus and I have read that at least in the past you could be refused entry into Greece if you had a stamp from North Cyprus in your passport. For members of Schengen this cannot be a problem, and generally I would think Greece has bigger problems these days than preventing tourists from visiting their country.
